Complaints about works and artists

Tell us if a work or a profile breaks the site's rules, or if you were deceived in a deal. Please include:

• a link to the work or the artist's page;
• what the violation is;
• evidence (screenshots of the conversation, photos), if you have any.

Copyright infringement

If your work or your photo is on the site without your permission, send us a link to the page, details about you as the rights holder and proof of your rights (original files, publications, documents). While we check, we may hide the work; if the infringement is confirmed, we remove it and may restrict the seller's access.

Complaints are usually reviewed within 10 working days. We do not take part in deals between buyers and artists (see the Terms of use), but we do look into reports of fraud and rule violations.
